As we are going through a period of lockdown and self-isolation, your garden is one of the few places you can go to get fresh air and relax.
There are many activities you can do in you garden to help your mental health, physical health and improve your mood.

To remember how you made life enjoyable during self-isolation, create a time capsule. Gather together photos, notes and other mementos of lockdown life – then bury the box in your garden. Years later when you come back and dig the capsule up it will remind you of an experience which was difficult but also how you made the best of a bad situation.
