Preview: This week’s Non-League Football

Chorley FC: The Magpies slipped to a 3-0 defeat away to mid-table Darlington last weekend, so are looking to bounce back against rivals Chester on Saturday.

Jamie Vermiglio’s side will aim to get their first win in four games, with Chorley looking to cement themselves in the play-off positions of the National League North.

They currently sit sixth in the table, three points ahead of York, and five points behind fifth place Southport with three games in hand.

AFC Fylde: AFC Fylde suffered a 2-0 loss at the hands of an in-form York side at Mill Farm last Saturday, with a tie against Bradford Park Avenue awaiting them this weekend.

The Coasters find themselves comfortably within the play-off spots in the table, despite suffering their third loss in five games this past weekend.

Jim Bentley’s team sit in fourth on goal difference ahead of Southport, and are six points behind third place Kidderminster Harriers.
